Jeffrey Fries –
Well cupcake for me it wasnt. As much as i wanted to like it i just couldnt. I soled this at 4% and there was the this note that wasnt good. So i tried it in a cake recipe and again for some reason at 2% i still got that weird thing going. I had 100ml of it and unfortunately it wasnt something i wanted to play with. It had a little of a cake profile but alot of the weird profile was the vanilla side, just wasnt for my liking. But again we all taste things differently. No matter how much i tried, i couldnt get that note out of my head and so it was a wash.
