This concentrate is used in sooo many recipes and according to friends is amazing.
Sadly doesnt work well for me, I do use it in very low quantities as an additive or chuck it in with some French vanilla to ‘mute’ it down and then bang in a fair chunk of another flavour (fruit, caramel, etc).
Remember to steep steep steep this flavour.

This is the staple for any custard recipe. I have made a lot of custards. And this custard can create a kicking vanilla ice cream base. Overall you cant go wrong. It pairs well with inawera custard and vanilla custard wf sc. you will not get better then v1. Here is the perfect ice cream base that i made,
