STAFF PICK Dreads; I’m a sucker for a raspberry so it’s not hard for me to enjoy this. The reason I put this raspberry flavour concentrate above others is how versatile I find it. You’ll usually find me using this in fruit and sweetie mixes but I have had great success using this particular raspberry in all types of flavour profiles. Whereas Capella Raspberry V2 I feel works best in sweetie mixes and Inawera Raspberry is best used as a more authentic raspberry, Flavour Max can perform very in place of both. This flavour can be effective in a mix at as low as 1.5% and is one of few single flavour concentrates that can be enjoyed as a standalone, try it at around 6% by itself and see if you agree.
Flavour Max concentrates are potent so require smaller amounts to provide the desired flavour compared to many other brands. If you have not used these flavours before we suggest testing at low amounts and adding more flavouring until you reach the desired result. These flavours can be enjoyed as standalone flavourings but work best when combined with other flavour concentrates in a mix to create unique results tailored to your own tastes.
