Leave Blam to steep!
I’ve given it an actual month, instead of my ‘month’ (about a week), and the flavour has filled out dramatically. It’s now got a full, jammy fruit taste and a very thick mouthfeel. Goes great with a brew and a few Krispy Kreme doughnuts.
