Here is another good grape. Most straight grape or candy type grape concentrates tend to be a little dry. With this grape adding 3% to your grape recipe will bring a more juicy grape. Giving that nice juice feeling on your tongue. Going higher will bring floral notes into your liquid. But overall its exactly what it says on the label
