Simply remove the old wrap (making sure to keep the insulator ring at the positive end), slide on the new one, and apply gentle heat with a hair dryer or heat gun to shrink it snugly into place.

Important:

Always ensure the battery’s original insulator ring is replaced and that the wrap is applied evenly for safe use. Never use damaged or unwrapped cells.
